| Very good service. Fred is very knowledgeable and delivers on his promises. Be prepared to work to his schedule which is much better than unrealistic time estimates. His courtesy van will get you home and pick you up when the job is done. I am a repeat customer. |

| Okay, so I have been coming to Freddy for 10 years now and I have to give my input which is constructive as well. I'll go out on a limb and compare mechanics to doctors because there are some similarities and it will give you some perspective about how hard it is to find good professionals (doctors and mechanics alike). The problem is that the more honest you are with people, the harder it will be to please them. And Fred is very honest with people. I know he talks fast but in all honesty he has to because he has so much knowledge in his field that relaying all of it to people and telling them like it is you almost have to. Fred will sometimes tell you what you want to hear, but a lot of times it won't be what you want to hear. He's honest. And in his field he's worth so much more because of it. Form your own opinion of him if you will, but check with yourself before you criticize him, because he's a genuine person who really wants a win-win situation with his clients. |
